Joe, with over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, is a Principal of The Discovery Group, Inc., where he primarily manages all leasing and property management activities while assisting in repositioning and new acquisitions. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Suffolk University, is a certified Leasing Specialist (CLS), and holds a Real Estate Broker’s license in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Professionally, he is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). In the community, Joe contributes significantly, serving on the Board of Trustees, Finance Council, and Building Committee of The Wolf School in East Providence, RI. Additionally, he chairs the Board of Directors for the Thayer District Management Association (TSDMA) for the city of Providence.

Jason is a Principal of The Discovery Group, bringing extensive experience in the real estate industry since 1995. His expertise encompasses zoning, permitting, project management, property redevelopment, asset acquisition, and lease negotiations. A Babson College alumnus, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, and Entrepreneurial Studies, further augmented by a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. As an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and various local business associations, Jason demonstrates a profound commitment to the industry. Additionally, he harbors a deep passion for restoring and collecting classic automobiles, applying the same hands-on approach he employs in real estate.
